2). ACRYLAESTRO-RESURFACER :- 100% acrylic base coat. DESIGNED TO SMOOTH & LEVEL PAVEMENT PRIOR TO COLOUR COATING. Intended for new and existing asphalt or concrete based tennis courts, basketball courts, running track, volleyball courts and other sports surfaces.ACRYLAESTRO- resurfacer excels in holding heavy sand loads and maintaining flexibility on new asphalt & concrete surfaces while also reducing hairline surface cracks caused by substrate fluctuation.

3). ACRYLAESTRO- COLOUR COAT :- is our original high quality user friendly surface paint that looks great and lasts. INSTALLERS PREFER ACRYLAESTRO-COLOUR COAT for its superior workability, consistency, outstanding coverage and rich colour. It is 100% acrylic based, It is designed especially for tennis courts and can be applied to basketball, volleyball and exterior sports surfaces.

4).ACRYLAESTRO-CUSHION :- is a proprietary mixture of 100% acrylic latex, minerals fillers, and finely graded epdm and sbr rubber particles that, when applied in multiple layers, results highly flexible, crack resistant and firm championship surface for use on tennis courts, basketball courts, badminton, volleyball ball courts & many others. ACRYLAESTRO-CUSHION may be applied with squeezee. ACRYLAESTRO-CUSHION Provides a standard cushion surface depth of approximately 3.5mm and will benefit the player whose ankles, knees, and back become tired and sore after multiple sets of tennis or other sports.

· Indoor application – 8 hour dry time with good heat ventilation (1 coat per day recommended).

5). ACRYLAESTRO GAME MARKING :- You can be interested in long-lasting flooring if you’re bored of the plan line marking flooring in your synthetic sports flooring. ACRYLAESTRO COAT is a tough and long-lasting coating that turns ordinary sports flooring into synthetic sports flooring. The floor is durable and resistant to oil, grease, and chemicals, as well as scuffs and scrapes.

ACRYLAESTRO-GUARDBOND is a heavy duty acrylic base waterproof coating which when mixed with cement forms a durable and highly water-resistant matrix to give 100% waterproof surface. GUARDBOND has excellent flexibility and bonding with concrete, breathing properties, water resistance, crack bridging properties, weathering durability.

Method of Application:

2. ACRYLAESTRO-EMS ( ELESTOMERIC MEMBRANE SHIELD) :- is special modified bitumen coating based on superior polymer to give excellent elongation, protective & waterproof coating. It is having higher softening point & after curing makes tough impermeable membrane.
Uses
As a sandwich membrane is new construction and surface treatment on existing floors. Damp- proofing or regular surface like concrete and asbestos.Useful as protective coating on concrete and foundation, retaining walls etc. For waterproofing and protection of structures, concrete columns beams.

3.ACRYLAESTRO- ROOF SHIELD (ARS) :-
Description :- ACRYLAESTRO- ROOF SHIELD is an exterior acrylic elastomeric coating that offers waterproofing as well as aesthetics in a single pack. It provides the complete solution to prevent dampness and seepages that spoil the expensive interiors and decorative interior paints. It is highly user friendly and ecofriendly.
ACRYLAESTRO- ROOF SHIELD is elastomeric in nature and has good resistance to weather and sunlight.
ACRYLAESTRO-ROOF SHIELD has excellent flexibility, breathing properties, water resistance, crack bridging properties, weathering durability, and excellent resistance to growth of microbial organisms.

Recoating period: Minimum 6-8 hrs. at room temperature (ideally 24 hrs.)

Direction for Use
Adequate surface preparation as given below is necessary for product performance.
SURFACE PREPARATION:-
NEW MASONRY
· ACRYLAESTRO-ROOF SHIELD Elastomeric Waterproof coating should not be applied to fresh concrete and to other surfaces less than seven days old. Ideally concrete should be allowed to cure for 28 days before application. Power wash to ensure no under bound sand or cement remains on the surface. Allow the surface to dry and apply ACRYLAESTRO RAIN-SHIELD.
EXISTING MASONARY
· Power wash to remove all loosely adhered coatings, dirt, mild dew and other contaminants.
· Fill any existing cracks up to 3mm with (Acrylic Crack filler) paintable sealant.

4). ESTRO-PU:-
Description:-ESTRO-PU GUARD is a single component, modified polyurethane, liquid applied coating that is composed of specially developed polymers, properly selected and graded fillers. It cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough POLYURETHANE waterproof membrane. ESTRO- PU GUARD is POLYURETHANE in nature and has good resistance to weather and sunlight. ESTRO- PU GUARD has excellent flexibility and bonding with concrete, breathing properties, water resistance, crack bridging properties, weathering durability.

DECORATVIVE COATINGS & PAINTS :-
1). ESTRO-PRIMER :-
· ESTRO- Exterior Water Primer is designed to give better water and alkali resistance, superior polymer based liquid, water based WP primer is used for any type of paint that provides an excellent bonding and adhesive properties with surface and water based paint. Increases water resistance and reduces lime migration and salt penetration. Increases life of the paint film and coverage of the final paint.
· MI Paints ESTRO-Coat Exterior Water Primer is suitable for Exterior Usages. It does not require curing & it is mandatory base coat of the Exterior Painting System.
Recommended Usage
It is recommended newly plastered surface, old painted walls, flaky or powdery surface, smooth or non absorbent surface before applying any type of water based primer for good result and as basecoat / undercoat.
· Surface Preparation and Application
Surface should be clean and dry before application of the primer. Surface should be free from previously painted flakes, dirt grease or fungal growth need to be removed thoroughly by wire brushing and cleaning with water. Apply one coat of primer for a better smooth finish. Primer should be mixed well while adding 1 part of water slowly to make paste brushable consistency and applied in 1 to 2 coats to get satisfactory result.
